Personalized Items
Because our products are custom-engraved specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless:
- The item is physically defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The engraving differs from the text provided in your order.
Non-Personalized Items
Items without custom engraving can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
How to Report an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, please email us at support@giftsengraved.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
